IlCammino – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online portal ilcammino.al and constitute a legally binding agreement between IlCammino (“We”, “Us”) and you as the user (“You”).

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We deliver products throughout the entire territory of Albania, including cities, villages, and remote areas.

A contract is formed only when:

  • The product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Order confirmation via email does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product is unavailable after ordering, we reserve the right to:

  • Inform you accordingly

If you do not accept the replacement, you are not obligated to proceed with the order.

6. Order Refusal

7. Right of Return

In accordance with Albanian Law No. 9902 (dated 17.04.2008), you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Must be accompanied by the original fiscal receipt

Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Eligible returns will be fully refunded.

8. Delivery

We strive to ensure smooth delivery; however, once the order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by third-party couriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road blockages
  • External logistical issues
  • Force majeure events

9. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery
  • Ownership transfers upon full payment of the product

10. Pricing & Payment

All prices:

  • Include VAT
  • Exclude delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

In case of pricing errors:

  • The order may be canceled
  • Any payment made will be fully refunded

11. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be sent via courier to our warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless:
    • The product is defective
    • The product differs from what was ordered

Exchanges:

  • Same or higher value → you pay the difference
  • Lower value → difference refunded upon delivery

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We respect and protect your personal data in accordance with Albanian Law No. 9887.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.

Any disputes will be resolved by the District Court of Tirana.
