All deliveries are carried out exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Albania.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately processed and marked as active. You will be notified at every stage via email, keeping you fully informed about your order status.
Estimated delivery times:
- 12–24 hours for Tirana
- Up to 48 hours for other cities across Albania
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, ensuring your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.
Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that someone is available at the specified address and time to receive the package. The courier will contact you prior to delivery.
If you are unavailable, the package will be held at the nearest courier office in your city for a few days. If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.
Shipping Cost
- For orders under 6000 ALL, a delivery fee of 200 ALL applies nationwide.
- For orders above 6000 ALL, shipping is FREE.
